The Albi-project fights against analphabetism in Germany with seminars and training courses. The publication consists of six protocols of illiterates. The photographs help to visualize events in the life stories of the interviewed personalities. In disordering the letters of specific passages, the reader is forced to experience the burden of illiteracy.
