“Doppelleben”, meaning “double life”, is the second album by singer and songwriter Elif, exploring the tension between different sides of identity and belonging. The album design translates this idea into a visual language built around two image layers. Foreground and background continuously switch roles, allowing images to appear, disappear and overlap.
