Rocnation
Logo und custom typeface design for Rocnation, the entertainment agency of Jay-Z. Its various divisions include label, management, publishing and distribution, serving some of the most recognizable names in the music industry such as Rihanna and more than 100 athletes in the sports division. The custom typeface we created is an evolution and reinterpretation of the original Rocnation Logo. A bold all-caps font with rounded edges, flattened joints and extra-big word spacing. It is used thoughout all corporate communications as well as for the wayfinding system in the Rocnation headquarters in NY, LA and London.
